About us

The short version

Anern has manufactured solar equipment since 2009 and powers homes and businesses in over 100 countries. Anern Mauritius is the exclusive local distributor: we import directly from the factory, install with our own team, and answer the phone long after the invoice is paid.

Why we exist

Mauritius has a strange arrangement with the sun. We get roughly 300 sunny days a year — and some of the highest household electricity costs in the region, with power cuts as a bonus. Every roof on this island is an unused power station. We turn them on.

How we work

No showroom theatre. We size systems from your actual CEB bill, show you live data from real installations before you spend a rupee, and back the equipment with up to 25 year written warranties. The grid stays connected — it just gets demoted to backup.
